The goal here at Strolling 4 Stress is to try and raise money for charity and improve people’s mental health by walking, running and hiking.

You can join us for event’s all over the world including 5k and 10k runs, short walks, long walks, mountain hikes and everything in-between. If you want feel free to donate any amount you can to help charities such as Alzheimer’s society, National Autistic Society, Cancer Research and Mind.
