The goal here at Strolling 4 Stress is to improve people’s mental health by walking, running and hiking as well as trying to raise some money for charity.
You can join us for event’s all over the world including 5k and 10k runs, short walks, long walks, mountain hikes and everything in-between. Please feel free to donate any amount you can to help charities such as Alzheimer’s society, National Autistic Society, Cancer Research, Dementia UK and Mind.
